I moved to Arizona in 1982 and landed in Prescott in 1998. My husband and I had a Computer Software business for almost 20 years. After computers, I became interested in Real Estate Staging and have loved helping many people prepare their homes to be photographed, listed and sold. After 9 years of helping customers prepare their homes for sale, the next step was to become a Realtor , so I could help people market and sell their property to complete the cycle. From this experience, I truly believe that the staging process is key to a quicker and more profitable sale. Also, as a certified Interior Decorator, I can help buyers envision themselves in a new home. If a home seems impossible to find for a client's unique requirements, my experience gives me the ability to suggest slight modifications that could make a home fit their needs. I have a strong work ethic and believe integrity & honesty is always the best policy.With your home being your most valuable asset, you want a Realtor who will work hard to eliminate possible delays in closings. My job is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction.
