Renee Smith

Being born and raised in Southeast Iowa provides me with all the knowledge needed to help you find the perfect community and your new address! After attending Southeastern Community College (AA & AAS-Accounting), Buena Vista University (BA-Business Education) and Grand Canyon University (MBA), I pursued licensing and became a REALTOR(r) in the State of Iowa. Currently, I enjoy membership as part of the National, Iowa, & Southeast Iowa Association of REALTORS(r). I pride myself on communication. From the first interaction, at the closing table, and after the sale I will always keep the communication flowing. With the wide varieties of technology you can choose the best form for yourself to keep in touch. Whether it be a phone call, text message, email, facebook messenger, fax, or even a letter in the mail. I WILL take the time to ensure you feel involved with your transaction throughout the entire process. Nothing is worse than feeling "left out" and that simply will NOT happen.
