Throughout my life, helping others has been an integral part of who I am. I chose a career in financial services because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families that even extends generationally. I especially find reward in working with families in law enforcement, healthcare, military, firefighters and first responders, teachers – those in the service industry. I strive to make my clients feel heard and that I understand their unique story. I focus on helping my clients understand the investment world in terms that they can understand, so they know why I suggest a specific strategy. My passion is people. Topeka-grown, I love my community. I have a background in healthcare as well as ministry work with the Topeka Rescue Mission. My husband, Brett, is a Major in the Kansas Highway Patrol. We have two daughters, both in college at Washburn University. Jayden is studying for her doctorate in physical therapy and Taylor is studying to be a nurse. We also have a "bonus" daughter, Nicolette, who came to live with us in 2023. She is training to be a firefighter. As a family, we enjoy going on walks with our dog, Magic, and being together for Sunday lunches after going to church. My branch office administrator, Val Stebbins, and I strive each day to provide an ideal client experience. We want your visit to our office to feel special.Val is also a Topeka native, and her husband, Jeff, now considers Topeka to be hometown as well. A University of Kansas graduate, Val brings editing and customer service experience to our branch. With four sons out of the nest, Val enjoys reading, golfing, and walking her Bernedoodle when not at the office.Come have coffee with us anytime!
