Originally I studied archaeology and worked in museums, paying my way and building business experience in a unique mix of corporate, start-up, and non-profit environments. I came to the San Francisco in 1998, and bought my first home (a total fixer) in Albany in 2001. That led to another...and between renovating two older homes while living in them, and becoming a Realtor in 2006, I've developed a clear sense of what my clients face, and how to successfully buy, improve, and sell homes here. From a family of engineers (and granddaughter of a Realtor), I have a natural curiosity about and understanding of how homes work - from practical concerns like foundations to finer details like preserving historic character while making modern eco-friendly improvements.
