Hey there, I'm Rebecca Green, Portland and SW Washington Realtor, Marketing Entrepreneur and Real Estate Business Coach with a knack for good design. I am a team leader, content creator, and an innovator, constantly searching for new approaches to sales and marketing. Most importantly I'm a wife and mom to three beautiful young ladies.My family is my first team and we are definitely all part of each other's inner tribe! I'm passionate about teaching my girls to be bold, authentic and to live strong, full lives. I believe in working hard and playing harder! This transcends into my work, as I take an active role as an advisor, seeking to make every transaction for every client as engaging and as stress-free as possible. I spent nine years living abroad with my husband and the girls. The experience was invaluable both personally and professionally. With the highlights came many challenges and mistakes.....all part of the process! I have traveled to many places, had the opportunity of working with some extraordinary people, represented amazing brands, and curated a total of 30 years in entrepreneurial endeavors. Embracing every new chapter with vigor is really important to me.It is my mission to learn as much as I can each day while leading my real estate team to do the same. In 2022, we closed 104 transactions at a total volume of $79 million. We have been recognized by RealTrends as the #4 Medium-Sized Team in the Portland Metro Metro area and in the top 1% of brokers in the country. I thrive in high-pressure situations and love helping my clients make good, informed decisions and empowering those real estate professionals that I am blessed to be coaching to do the same.
