With eight years of residential real estate experience and significant transactions, Becky Blair is the consummate real estate professional. She joined Janet McAfee Real Estate in 2008 and is GRI certified. Prior to real estate, Becky worked in corporate America selling advertising. During her advertising tenure she was consistently ranked in the top ten percent nationwide for revenue and production. Becky's geographic focus is the Richmond Heights, Webster Groves, Maplewood, Glendale and Ladue areas. She specializes in the older established areas in St. Louis and her clients include first-time buyers, trade-up clients and relocating clients. She has an impressive knowledge of the market. She understands different neighborhoods; their homes, amenities and values. She enjoys being a tour guide and showing clients the advantages of living in a great St. Louis neighborhood. A native St. Louisianan, Becky attended Webster Groves High School and matriculated to the University of Missouri, Columbia and Webster University where she received her BA and MA in Marketing -Advertising. While in college, Becky produced the first music video at The University Missouri School of Communications. She also won an award in the Creative Category from the International Television Association in 1987. Community activities include membership in the Missouri History Museum, Young Zoo Friends and the Missouri University Alumni Association. Becky is currently a Board Member of the Webster Groves Historical Society and a past President. She has been published many times. Most recently she was sourced by the Ladue News concerning her views of today's real estate market. Becky is a very genuine person and quite good at making people feel comfortable. Her clients always note that she is very knowledgeable about the ever changing real estate market. Her goals in life are to try to learn something new each day. It is so important for her to turn over each stone and celebrate a discovery. Her personal philosophy is "to treat people well whether in your personal or professional world."
