Raymond Diaz is a newly licensed Real Estate Associate based in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Throughout his years in customer service, Raymond has worked diligently with his clients to provide outstanding and attentive assistance. Having grown up in South Florida, familiarizes Raymond with the local market and its areas of interest. He enjoys helping his patrons seize opportunities when they strike. In 2007, Raymond graduated from South Broward High School. Thereafter in 2009, he joined the U.S. Navy to serve as a Machinist Mate on the "USS Toledo 769" submarine. After serving for 5 years, Raymond returned to Broward County to work as a Hydraulic Mechanic, only to finally realize that he was more of a people person. In 2016, Raymond obtained his Florida Real Estate license and elected to work with Cooperative Real Estate Group due to their premium and exceptional support. Raymond is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Business Marketing at Broward College. Outside of work, Raymond is very involved in recreational activities such as camping, kayaking and hiking. He also enjoys meditating, reading books and helping his community by taking part in the mentorship programs available in the Broward and Miami-Dade County School systems.
