Easy to work with. Kept in touch with the lender and us. Helped us each step of the way. At 90, this was an experience compared to when I bought the house with my late husband in 1964.

The communication and service is clear and easy to comply with. Ray and his team are truely great, careing and go beyond on help me to resolve the loan hold due to incorrect credit reference with the credit bureau.
Ray was very transparent about what to expect and followed through and delivered as promised!
