Answered any questions I had, made the process a lot quicker than I expected. But I really appreciate the fact Randy was straight forward.
Randy was awesome! The not Randy was the okay part.
Communication (sent all info in and it was a month before i I head back )
Randy and Patty were both very helpful and if I didn't understand a part of the process they were always there to answer any questions. They made the whole process smooth and were very kind.

Nice guy... willing to help someone achieve their goals
Felt like the process took longer than it should have taken. Seller was hopeful that it could close in 2024, and we ended up closing Jan 15, 2025.
Raqndy is super knowledgeable and makes the whole process seamless. He goes above and beyond for his clients!
