I am Raliat Thomas, but I go by Raliat, the Realtor or even Rali. You may see Williams on some of my marketing, I got married to my amazing husband November 2022. I have three kids, ages 2, 3 and 7, so YES, I have my hands fulls but I am very dedicated to my clients and my business. I've been a licensed realtor since June 2021, and since then I've made it my daily priority to educate myself on market trends and all things real estate. My husband and I are both real estate investors in Toledo, with multiple rental properties. So I am always in the market to buy and sell. I absolutely love what I do. Being able to assist with homeownership for those who've only dreamt of is very important to me, being able to help those who've only heard of real estate investing but never acted in it, is also very important to me and is the sole reason I will do whatever it takes to see my clients at the closing table.
