Born and raised in Bakersfield, California Rajan Patel graduated from California State University Bakersfield in Finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Rajan operated a franchise hotel in Houston for over 5 years. Rajan is a consultative real estate professional with proven experience in the hotel industry. With over 10 years of hospitality experience in operating, managing, and owning hotels, Rajan is an associate on the Miller-Gomes team at Marcus & Millichap. Before working in the hotel industry, Rajan worked as a business banker for Capital One, where he handled business accounts in full and specialized in home and auto loans for clients. When Rajan is not talking or learning about real estate he can be found playing golf or basketball. He also enjoys hanging out with his friends on weekends and watching football.
