Poor installation. Did not measure exhaust vent pitch correctly before drilling holes in my house. Now rain gets into the exhaust and inside my furnace. 5 years later, I am still dealing with it. No resolution from Aaron or R&S.
I have hired this company to replace my air conditioner and a few years later fix my baseboard water heater wiring system. Both times I was very happy with the quality of the service and the price - I highly recommend!
Aaron was prompt, considerate and professional. He explained what he did to figure out the problem and what he did to fix it. And he wore a mask! Highly recommended! Thank you Aaron🙂
