Most problems were caused by member's contractor & not by my installers. He installed countertops incorrectly, installed A/C vent in wrong location & he also did construction work, electrical, etc. without a permit. We installed the cabinet & left it w/ a 24" swing. We feel her contractor bumped it out of alignment. All doors & drawers were aligned after complaint was submitted & kick plates were installed. There was an error w/ corner cabinet not fitting on the island & it could have been resolved if her contractor had not built the countertop wrong & installed it before the correction could be made. Customer's contractor was to raise the 7' ceiling to 8'. Neither he nor my designer knew there would be a beam. Member or her contractor never called to inform us that there needed to be a change in design after they opened ceiling & found the beam. Regarding issue w/ the closet, we sent installer out to install the missing rack. At that time the customer said the closet system was OK.
