Polar Air's bid was thousands of dollars less than two other bids I got. Then I found out they are A+ accredited by the Better Business Bureau, so the decision was easy. Their crew did a great job on the install.

Called on Tuesday 7/28 reporting my ac not working. since my new unit had been serviced in May and new capacitor was put in i called polar to come out. Only time slot was 7-9 pm. Tech says system fan motor and he'll replace on Wed. Comes on...

Very nice and prompt until I had issue. Spent $1400 on repair to have ugly wires sticking out of ac. When I complained I got a "this is what we do with this repair" Could of zip tied them under grate or something.
