We offer on-site/off-site (if needed) service with free pickup and return of PC/Laptop. We also offer a remote assistance service for those with an active internet connection and the ability to download our remote help software. Our service area includes the greater Pittsburgh area & surrounding communities/suburbs but we can travel to outlying communities but there will be a mileage based trip charge. (Generally speaking, if you are within 20 miles of downtown Pittsburgh - there will not be a trip charge)
