Born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, Pierce began his journey in real estate in 2011 at the University of Minnesota, studying Real Estate Management, Development, and Architecture. After working in Minneapolis and Saint Paul as a licensed Realtor, he returned home to New Jersey in 2017 to serve his hometown communities. When away from his work, you can often find him on the ice playing hockey, "getting lost" in Manhattan, or exploring the Hudson Valley, where his parents now live.
