Pier joined Jolly, Williamson and Williamson Attorneys at Law in 2014. He is a native of Louisburg and a resident of Raleigh and knows the Greater Triangle real estate markets as a native should. Pier primarily focuses on any and all aspects of real estate, including contracts, deeds, residential/commercial/land title work and closings, and loan/cash/owner financed closings. He is also handles estates and probate, wills, business formations, trusts, traffic related matters and is the Franklin County Child Support Agency's attorney. Pier has been in the real estate industry as a broker since 2002, is currently a broker with Brassfield Commercial and Farms and Land in Franklinton, and has an extensive real estate background that has served him well in his practice of law. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and three children and is a former president of the District 9 Bar (Franklin, Granville, Person, Vance and Warren), an active member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the Franklin County Committee of 100, and board member and volunteer with the North Cenrtal North Carolina Boys and Girls Club.
