    Went to Dr Darragh in September 2025 for orthotics. Said it takes 4-6 weeks. Been calling for 3 months on status. Each time said doctor will get back to me. Finally said authorization submitted on Jan 14 2026. Need to wait another 2 months....

    Waited over a month to get an appointment. Parking lot full. No where to park nearby. Waited over an hour in the office with no apology/ explanation. Finally left. Was never seen by Darragh. Office staff said nothing. Just sat there.
