Phillip Woody is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corps with more than 30 year of service. During his time in service Phillip wrote a book titled "Color Blind" and often speaks to companies and organization about the leadership contents of this book. A native of South Carolina and currently resides in Charleston. Phillip is a graduate of Marine Corps University, Amphibious Warfare School, The Command and Staff College and hold a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
