Van Doren Properties works all over Southern California. We love working in the South Bay (Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance & Lomita) but also do work in various cities in LA and OC. We are a husband & wife team that is young, hungry and puts our clients first every single time. We love speaking real estate, we love talking about investing and we love exceeding our client's expectations. In today's market social media and having online visibility is so important. Because of that we give each of our listings it's very own website, we pay to market our properties on various social media and online outlets and we invest in great photos, videos and host amazing open houses where you get two professionals representing you and your property. Phillip graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills with a Major in Communications and Minor in Marketing. He played college baseball at Cerritos College, Chico State and CS Dominguez Hills. Annelise graduated from USC with a Major in Business Administration and a Concentration in Entrepreneurship (Fight On!). Phillip is a full time Realtor and Annelise is a Corporate Recruiter by day and Real Estate Assistant by night and weekends. On our spare time we enjoy hanging around our local beach cities and traveling to new destinations. We started out as investors looking for long term rentals. After spending hours upon hours with local realtors and seeing how the industry worked, Phillip decided to dedicate 100 percent of his time helping families purchase with confidence.
