Hello! My name is Phillip Eledge and my wife and I live in the Sugarmill Woods neighborhood, Homosassa, Florida. We moved to the area in 2012 after too many cold winters in the Mid-west. We came to this part of Florida for me to teach scuba diving and operate as a tour boat captain. After countless times of hearing people interested in our local real estate, I pursued a career as a Realtor.
