His expertise in negotiating the best price for his sellers and best value for his buyers is enhanced by his years of experience in closing thousands of real estate transactions. This experience includes building a successful Century 21 Franchise and Mortgage Banking operation from the ground up. Phillip currently owns and operates his own independent Real Estate brokerage. Phillip's client services include: listing agent, buyers agent, relocation, probate sales, short sales, investment sales and 1031 exchanges. He speaks Spanish, which allows him to better serve his clients. Phillip was born and raised in San Gabriel Valley and has strong ties to the local community. He currently resides in Glendora with his family.
