Phillip did a nice job, was thorough and informative, but the closing costs seemed to be more than twice as much as other lenders. Other than that, we were pretty pleased.
Phillip was great to work with. He clearly explained everything to us and was always easy to get in touch with. He made getting a loan a very easy process.
