Phil Wegele has over 30 years experience in real estate, both residential and commercial. His residential practice focuses on assisting clients in the purchase and sale of homes in Palos Park and the surrounding communities. On the commercial side, Phil provides guidance in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of real assets, with specialized expertise in investment sales, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits, and bridge-crane, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities, retail stores and outlets, and office properties.
