Nicolosi has spent the last seven years purchasing, designing, rebuilding, and selling single family homes in the Austin area. A Wisconsin transplant and former infantryman in the Army National Guard, Nicolosi moved to Austin in 2007 with a passion for real estate informed by his background studying architectural engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. His awareness of architectural value and keen eye for selecting structures with solid potential led him to explore Austin's real estate market, purchasing and remodeling homes in the area for several years with great success before starting his general contracting company, Rejuve Group LLC, with business partner Chad Rowe. Rejuve has completed dozens of rehabs and new-builds in the Austin area since 2013. In 2016, Nicolosi became a licensed realtor, earning recognition as an Accredited Buyer's Representative or ABR (a designation for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyers at all stages of the home-buying process) as well as Graduate REALTOR Institute or GRI accreditation (a mark of distinction for real estate professionals committed to providing the highest level of service through strong foundational education in the field). Involved in numerous transactions as both buyer and seller of investment properties before joining the team at Allure, he now extends his expertise, gained through over a decade of experience, to the resale side of the business as a real estate agent.
