Petia Neytcheva

Born and raised in Bulgaria, after graduating with a degree in restaurant management, Petia came to New York to discover a new world of opportunities. She was fascinated by the buildings, architecture, people, and culture one can only find in Manhattan. Looking for new challenges, she fell in love with the dynamic real estate market in New York City. Her work ethic, business experience, and passion for customer satisfaction make her an excellent asset to Bold New York.Petia brings with herself hard work, dedication, the analytical skills of a deal-finder, profound real estate knowledge, and most importantly, an endless passion to help you find your dream home. She always listens to her clients first, and then she strives to find them exactly what they are looking for. She helps them make the best decision possible, and when she sees them smiling and satisfied - it all makes it worthwhile. She is always looking to build long-lasting relationships with her clients - not just completing a real estate transaction. The best evidence of her success is the steady stream of repeat business and referrals she gets from satisfied clients.
