Peter Philip LoPresti Paniagua graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 2011 and immediately began investing in real estate while continuing his education as a fellow of the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. In 2014, Peter took a leave of absence from his MD/PhD program to focus solely on real estate investing. After advising friends and family with investments for years, Peter completed his broker education coursework at the Realtors Real Estate School at the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2016. In 2017, Peter joined FIABCI- The International Real Estate Federation, the only real estate professional organization with special consultative status with the United Nations. In 2018, Peter completed his Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) at the Camara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raices (CCCBR). Peter practices as a broker in the Chicago land area as well as the entire country of Costa Rica. In Chicago, Peter hangs his license at Exit Strategy Realty and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors. He focuses his efforts on residential property representing both buyers and sellers of single family houses, condominiums, and multi unit buildings. As a licensed general contractor and co-owner of PAC Construction, LLC, Peter is uniquely qualified to advise his clients on potential costs and value add of renovations as well as market trends. A dual citizen of Costa Rica and the United States, Peter has unique experience investing personally and for clients in Costa Rica.
