Peter Cummins is an award winning residential real estate consultant who has managed more than 225 transactions valued at more than $150 million dollars since January 1, 2003. Peter joined @properties to spearhead the opening of its North Shore office in Winnetka in January, 2010 from where he offers buyers and sellers exceptional service. ************************* Biography: Peter Cummins was raised in Evanston and has spent nearly his entire adult life involved with real estate along the North Shore. As the Assistant City Manager in Lake Forest, and as the Village Manager of both Lake Bluff and Glencoe, Peter was entrusted with the stewardship of these exceptional residential communities before the age of 30. He served each of these communities with distinction before accepting an assignment to manage Beaver Creek Resort in Vail, Colorado. In 1996, Peter returned to the North Shore where he has been actively involved in buying, selling and developing real estate. As the developer of the Winnetka Galleria, the Parkview Place Condominiums in Glencoe, the Renaissance Condominiums of Evanston, and numerous single family homes along the North Shore, Peter has worked with every real estate agency in the marketplace. He has firsthand experience as both a buyer and seller and is intimately familiar with the needs of parties on both sides of a real estate transaction. He is a graduate of Loyola Academy, Lake Forest College and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.
