Originally from New Jersey, I am of Puerto Rican descent, and I served five years in the Marine Corps, worked 10 years in the Department of Defense, eventually joined the Edward Jones family and became a limited partner. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland University College and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.Initially, I had no interest in leaving government service. Unfortunately, I had a period in my life where I lost a close relative every year for 10 years. I saw the struggles that my family went through not having someone to rely on to help them prepare and plan for the biggest moments in their life. So, I went to school to become the person that my family can rely on.Realizing this was my passion, I started my career as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. Now, I can help my family of clients achieve their goals by understanding what's most important to them and ensuring they stay on track throughout their lifetime.
