Since 1999, I have worked in real estate, building a strong foundation of knowledge and skill in serving clients. My tenacity, attention to detail and deep knowledge of our market inspires both confidence and peace of mind in my colleagues and our clients. Additionally, I have invested extensive time and effort in studying real estate law and contracts, so that each transaction is handled with a mature professionalism and expertise. I am the numbers lady, I thrive on it and have the ability to make complex data easy to understand. For the seller, a sound market analysis helps to price a home correctly, getting to the best possible price in the shortest possible time. For the buyer, an analytical review of local listings helps to inform an offer. With that said, real estate is more than numbers; it's meeting people, developing relationships and earning trust. I work hard to provide excellent service, providing information that is both personally and professionally useful. Outside of the office I enjoy time with my husband and sons, spoiling my grandkids, taking in a CrossFit session or refereeing basketball. I enjoy being active in the community - especially serving with my Kiwanis group. Working in real estate has let me live my best life - and that is a true gift!
