EXPERIENCE: Peggy has been a full-time professional REALTOR since January, 1991 with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS and then Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. Prior to real estate, Peggy was a Vice-President and project manager with fifteen years bank holding company experience in project management, data processing management, operations management, internal auditing and commercial and consumer lending. EDUCATION: Peggy has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only 3% of realtors nationwide have earned this credential. Peggy is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). This designation is awarded by the Nevada Association of Realtors. Peggy has earned the At Home with Diversity certificate, the Resort & Second-home Property Specialist certification, the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource certification and the Green designation, all from the National Association of Realtors. Peggy is relocation certified. Peggy received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She attended the John Herron School of Art at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana and Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
