Paul and the team are always wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable.
Response time
Conditions on a loan caused us to have to pair it out seemed unnecessary to question Gas usage.
Our issues are not with Paul. He is amazingly responsive. Our issues are with your internal staff and Joy who has yet to answer her phone or return a call.
Paul is one of the most responsive AE's I deal with. I can count on the fact that if I ask him something and he doesn't know that he will find out and provide me with accurate information.
