Graduating from Arizona State University with my B.S. in Real Estate in 1991, I settled in the east valley and currently reside in the beautiful community of Gold Canyon. I have worked with brokers, bankers, was the southwest regional manager of a national bank, but it still comes back to keeping it local with person contact. Although the company I founded in 2003 has agreements and aggressive pricing from major investors and mortgage wholesalers, I keep my relationships on a personal level and I keep that consistent. Education of the borrower to me, is the most important part of the loan process. Without knowledge, the commitment to such an important decision as buying or refinancing a home will too often be frustrating and sometimes scary. The upfront time spent on answering questions and disclosing absolutely everything about the loan process allows the borrower to be comfortable and certain of their commitment - and then we move fast to close your loan.
