Customer service is slow, I'm guessing this is due to being understaffed? Plus my rates increased without notifying me in advance.
Allstate was not helpful with the damage I received To my vehicle
My father was a policy holder for 50+ years .
We called to pay his bill and the lady said nothing was due at the time.
Then we get a notice of cancellation.
Hmmmm. Could it be because he is 70+ plus years old now?
