Originally from the town of Pinehurst, North Carolina in Southern Pines, Paul moved to Wilmington in 1993. Since then, he has enjoyed making Wilmington his home with wife Melinda, and daughter, Gracie. Paul enjoys the beach, food & wine, a good workout, and family time with his wife, daughter, and several animals including dogs Maggie and Romeo, three cats, chickens, and rabbits. He has 40 years of experience in the building industry, and spent the last 20 years as a sales representative for a regional builder of custom homes. During that tenure, Paul spent much of his time traveling from Bald Head Island to Morehead City and even back to his hometown of Pinehurst. His extensive knowledge of building; including planning, design, and financing, provides an excellent background for assisting clients throughout their real estate transactions.
