For many years he successfully provided both home loan financing and guided clients through the real estate purchase transaction. In 2008 the rules changed due to the mortgage crisis, individuals could no longer participate in both disciplines and Paul chose to focus on real estate. His experience in financing is invaluable when consulting clients but according to Paul "There is no better feeling than handing a new homeowner their first set of keys".
