Paul J. Klemm received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pace University, 1995 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Western School of Law, 1998. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and California Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in New Jersey and for the Southern District of California. Mr. Klemm is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA). He currently serves as a Committee Member for the Political Action Committee of Collection Attorneys (PACCA), and the Federal Government Affairs Committee, and served on the Board of Directors, 2010-2012. Mr. Klemm is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association, a member of the New Jersey Creditors Bar Association, MAP Attorney member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), and Debt Buyers Association (DBA).
