Paul is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the University of Maryland, where he received his MBA and law degree. Paul is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Paul was an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard who was retired as a decorated veteran after a line of duty law enforcement accident.
