All of our questions and concerns were quickly answered. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know and Patton did a great job making sure we understood the process.

I had a complicated loan as my family was selling land to buy this house. The land deal kept getting delayed. I had to abandon the land deal in the end and used another method for the down payment. Pat was SO patient through the whole process....
