My first year in real estate I was involved in 8 transactions and won most efficient realtor for KWPA Q3 & Q4 of 2018 as well as 2018 Rookie of the Year. After a successful first year in real estate I took on roles as Assistant Team Leader and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Palo Alto. As ATL I am responsible for holding recruiting appointments with new agents and market share alike, as well as cultivating relationships with established leaders in the industry in the area. I develop a training calendar for an office of over 175 agents and manages the training of Keller Williams Realty award winning technology. As PC for KWPA, I help agents by tracking their accountability and activity, then establish an individualized training program based around their needs.
