Patrick Mercado is the Owner and Designated Broker of Properties NW of Gig Harbor, Ltd, a family owned and operated real estate brokerage established in 1983. Patrick became interested in real estate while earning a BA in finance accounting from Western Washington University in 2000. Patrick joined his father Joe Mercado at Properties NW in 2001 and became the principal owner and managing broker in 2011. Since 2001 Patrick has sold over 2,000 properties and was the #1 broker in the Washington State (units sold) in 2013. Like his father before him, he credits his success to his willingness to always work hard for his clients, and to always treat others as he would like to be treated. Patrick is a devoted husband, father, brother, son and uncle.
