The Bill and Pat Evans Team. founded in 1973, when Pat went to work for her father, Harold Garrett. He was a real estate broker in Fort Worth. Pat worked for him on a part-time basis while she raised her two sons, Bill and Robb. Pat became a full-time Realtor in 1984 and has actively sold in the local area ever since.Bill started as her assistant in 1990 and earned his license in 1994.
