House flipping and consulting clients on their design / remodel projects eventually led to managing a HUD, urban redevelopment grant for the City of Indianapolis. I was given an incredible opportunity to segue from managing a few projects at a time to managing the transformation of entire streets in urban neighborhoods that had been devastated by the market crash. Once the grant closed out, it became a priority for me to utilize my skillset to help people find that sacred place they call home.
