Born and raised in San Diego, California, Pam relocated to southern Maine with her husband, a Maine native. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Pam worked in the real estate industry in California on the development and construction side for over seven years, with a focus on sustainability and green design. Through this experience, Pam gained knowledge of how design and construction shape the use and enjoyment of real estate.In addition to being licensed in Maine and New Hampshire, Pam is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Pam received her B.A. in Psychology/Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).Pam is keenly aware of how important it is to keep all parties informed and to maintain clear communication in all aspects of real estate - from construction to sales to purchase.
