Anne Marie Osgood

Anne-Marie comes to Real Estate with a broad experience in multiple industries.She was involved in theater for over thirty years with an extensive career as a Dancer, Singer, Actor and Choreographer in New York, Los Angeles, regionally and abroad. She has performed on Broadway, in National Tours, appeared with several dance companies, and has choreographed over 50 corporate industrials. After moving to the West Coast, she found success as a Host & Spokesmodel for such companies as Toyota, Nissan, Sprint, Leader Instruments, Kangen Water, and Mattel, just to name a few. She also spent 10 several years running high end corporate events for the one and only Wolfgang Puck. Her diverse background gives her a key edge to selling real estate. Why? Because there is literally NO ONE she can't talk to. She believes there is nothing more important than building meaningful relationships and stopping at nothing to serving her clients. Anne-Marie is proud to be partnering with her husband Steve Roman. Her marketing skills combined with his sales savvy breeds real estate success. Together they have lived in Burbank for almost 20 years and are deeply passionate about their community, and small business. In fact, so much so that in the wake of Covid they started "Small Business Spotlight Burbank" where they conduct weekly interviews with local business owners to help them continue to thrive. In their spare time, they can be found at some of their favorite hiking or beach spots with their daughter Skylar and dog Roxy.
