Oscar became bilingual growing up within central Washington at Sunnyside. He graduated from high school in 2010. Hernandez then became a biochemistry major at Washington State University (WSU). After WSU, Oscar started a healthcare career as a phlebotomist at Deaconess Hospital. He also taught the phlebotomy program at Spokane Community College. During this time, he acquired two homes, turning one into a rental property found his passion for real estate within Spokane. In his spare time, Oscar enjoys outdoor recreation and spending time with friends, which is why he loves Spokane. Hernandez loves working with Millennials, first-time homebuyers, and investors. He is passionate about helping his clients build their financial future. Hernandez strongly believes that homeownership is the greatest freedom in the US.
