Oscar Jimenez is an accomplished attorney with over 23 years of experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation with a strong background in technology, contracts, construction law, professional liability, business and corporate law, and employment law, among other areas. Oscar Jimenez is also a Partner in the Design Professionals Defense & Counseling Group, representing and counseling architects and engineers.Mr. Jimenez graduated from U.C. Davis with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in music. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with a Certificate of Specialization in Labor and Employment Law (with distinction) from Golden Gate University Law School and recently completed a Certificate on Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency through the Haas Business School Executive Education program at U.C.
