I offer handyman services. Most of my customers are home owners who manage rental properties And property management companies who manage rental properties. I do all kinds of maintenance and repairs on rentals. I also offer the same types of services for private home owners and business owners too. I accept all types of payment methods including cash, check, Paypal, and credit cards on site (using a "square card reader"). I charge $75 for service calls and that also includes the first 2 hours of labor. Then its $37.50 per hour after that. All materials are billed separately and actual purchase receipts for all materials are provided. I do not mark up any materials, exact costs are simply passed on to the customer.I do not offer general contractor services. I do not build new homes and I do not take on large remodel projects
