As an attorney, REALTOR, and Certified Negotiation Expert, Olivia offers real estate clientele experience in business, complex legal issues, contractual drafting, document review and analyses, refined negotiation skills, and the moxie to get deals done for high-net-worth individuals. Olivia is also a member of Women of Scottsdale, and enjoys connecting with local communities members, especially within organizations who support and empower young, up and coming women. After graduating cum laude in three years from college, Olivia intended to pursue real estate at that time, but instead enrolled in law school after receiving a full-tuition scholarship. Upon graduation from law school cum laude, Olivia moved to New York after securing a clerkship to a federal judge in the Eastern District of New York. She then transitioned into private practice doing M&A and private equity work in Manhattan over the next decade. She continues to hold an active NY attorney's license in good standing.Olivia's past shaped her mindset and business acumen too.
