Much easier than last time I got a loan. Worked with Laura and Dirk and they were both great. They explained everything thoroughly.

At times I didn't realize that we were even buying a house since everything was so easy and the great team on your staff. Special thanks to Kayla and Madi for making everything so easy and simple.

Dirk and his team were fantastic to work with. They responded quickly to our questions no matter the time of day and kept us informed every step of the way! Also, Ruoff’s digital tools were really helpful and easy to use.

I used them for a VA home loan. It was pain-free and ridiculously fast. Kayla might just be the best there is.
